My Prayers Have Been Answered

I asked for this a few months ago.
McFarlane Toys' Lost Series 1 captures six fan-favorite characters from the series' first season: Jack, Kate, Locke, Hurley, Charlie and Shannon. Each 6-inch Lost figure will have a detailed base and photographic backdrop, capturing an episode-specific moment in the character's story.

LOST ACTION FIGURES!

I love it. I can't wait. I will have them all.

Lets Go to the Leaderboard, Mo!

by Geoff

Do you have it? Guts! While on gTalk today talking with my friend Joel we typed about Nick's, supposedly Emmy nominated, sports show, Guts. We reminisced about the Agro Crag, Host Mike O'Mally, and then remembered - not that we ever forgot - Co-host/Ref, Mo!

I was inspired, I had a mission. Using the magical machine that google is I found moiraquirk.com, Mo's web page. Mo is a stand-up comedian, samples of her act can be found under comedy on her page. Then I found something else, it seemed almost too easy - is there a god? - here is a montage of Mo's work throughout the ages! Mo's life on TV.

It Is Absolutely Godish

You may be looking at the picture above and asking yourself, "What the hell is that cup? It looks like cottage cheese and brown." If this question was asked, you would feel me invading your mind - wearing combo boots and a shiny suit yelling, "Halt!" Then proceeding to loudly whisper, "You have layeth ye eyes on the most holiest of treats - the most scrumptious ice cream and candy hybrid ever created!" No! Not Dairy Queen's Blizzard - no evil corporation could ever concoct such a delicious heaven. It is . . . the one . . . and only . . MUDDY BUDDY [cue suspense music] created by your local mom & pop ice cream shop: Fleck's Ice Cream, located in Villas, NJ.

What is a Muddy Budd you ask? What makes a MB?

If I did not have previous knowledge of the MB ingredients, I would and could only assume it was one part Jesus, two parts Diablo, four parts Thunder, six parts Lust. But, since this is not a supernatural world the MB consist of: Soft serve chocolate ice cream, mountainous mounds of peanut butter cup pieces, peanut butter syrup, and chocolate syrup - mixed until blended evenly.

I forget the exact date and time I first had a MB, for upon my initial experience with this divine dessert, I passed out and found myself, several hours later, in the ICU of the Villas County Hospital. The doctors said my brain exploded and I shouldn't be alive. I thought otherwise.

The picture of the MB above is of the MB I had purchased and devoured this past weekend, Memorial Day Weekend. It was my first MB of 2006 summer session, but not my last. Over the course of the summer I will most likely take part in 6 or 7 MB eating ceremonies.

If you or anyone you know would like to have the Muddy Buddy Experience(c), please contact Lasdro for further information.
