I have been out of college for almost a month. I am now getting the I-need-a-real-job-jitters, I have a job but it's the job I have had for the past 3 years and it has nothing to do with my major. I'm a teller at a bank and I majored in Communication Mass Media, so I want a mass media job. Since last night, through fax and email, I have sent out about 10-12 resumes; associate producer, production assistant, camera operator, assistant buyer for bloomingdales (i know it has nothing to do with my major but I know a someone who is a buyer and she is in fat city), and a bunch of other jobs related to the field of mass media communication.

The thing is I also wanted to act-- movies, TV, commercials(i've always pictured myself as cast member on SNL). I've been getting out there and auditioning and whatnot. I got my first principle role 2 weeks ago I played alcoholic-abusive-boyfriend, I got to stab the girl who played my girlfriend, it was fun.

In other news I am in the hunt for a new car. Tonight I almost bought a 2001 black honda civic, just what I wanted but they couldn't get the payments down to what I needed. They were about 20 bucks off, I know that isn't a lot but I need that extra $20 a month. I'm going back out Wednesday, wish me luck.
