Aw, Silky-Silky Now

Over the weekend I purchase a pair of Nike Free 5.0 (I didn't they had a Nike ID option to customize them).

Damn, are they nice. I have ran in them 3 times so far. Each time I have ran further.

I believe they are suppose to be worn sockless, but I bought a few pair of thin, Nike dri-fit socks - they are pretty sweet.

They take a little gettin-use-to, because at first they feel that they don't have enough cushioning. But, as it turns out, they are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. I can the feel the ground as I'm running and it feels good. They are light as hell, and they fit nice and snug to my feet. Plus, they are nice looking.

I might also point out, last spring I developed, I think I did, Osgood-Schlatter disease - I have a bump below my right knee and everything. Every time I ran it was somewhat painful. I bought new running shoes, it really didn't help. The past 3 times I ran with my frees no pain at all. I know I've only had them for a few days, but the outlook seems promising, said the magic 8 ball.

If you run, jog, or walk, I would recommended these.

i've looked at them when they first came out. i'll have to check the 5s out. i'm kinda worried about how little support there is in the shoe.

It feels so good without the support. I was worried about the support too, but they feel great.
